This agreement governs the use of the services provided by MIMOSALECRIM LDA, register number No. 517518333, hereinafter referred to as «LP MimosPAY» or the «Company«, a company registered at R Adriano Correia de Oliveira, 5, 6.o, DF, 2810-150 ALMADA, distrito de Setúbal, concelho de Almada, freguesia de Laranjeiro e Feijó . By accessing or using LP MimosPAY services, you (the «User«) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment Policies

5. Limitation of Liability

LP MimosPAY is not liable for:

6. Cancellation or Termination Policy

• Cancellation by the User: Users may cancel their accounts at any time by providing written notice to LP MimosPAY or through the means provided on the platform. Canceling the account does not exempt the user from outstanding financial obligations to the company.
• Termination by LP MimosPAY: The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the services in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform, or when deemed necessary for legal or security reasons.

In the event of termination, LP MimosPAY will notify the user in advance, where possible, and provide reasons for the decision.
